Project renovation

The manual production of the original wire body mainly produces the door structural parts of Changan cars. The press is a 1,800-ton domestic hydraulic press with a slow speed. Production is open.

Difficulties in project transformation

The hydraulic presses are not equidistant, and there is a gap of 2-3 meters between adjacent hydraulic presses. The foundation is not an integral foundation, and the foundation between adjacent punches vibrates greatly. When the linear production is not saturated, it can carry out single-machine multi-mode in-mold three-dimensional production to improve the utilization rate of the press. The labor efficiency is 2/min. The mold is changed manually, and the operator is on the upper mold. When changing the mold, the robot needs to give way to avoid the space. When the robot stops production, it cannot affect the manual production.

The result after project renovation

The stable production of the project is 3.5 years. It can be produced in a straight line or horizontally in one-dimensional production in the mold.
