Introduction

Automatically used to open and return the sheet material production line. Effectively uncoil the coiled material, use the servo yaw machine to send the coiled material into the deep-throat punching machine, move left and right and back and forth to automatically open the disc, and the waste material is cut off by the shearing machine behind the punching machine, the line body has a high degree of automation, and the letter The pendulum feeder has high precision and high efficiency, and the character-shaped cutting mode saves a lot of raw materials. It can effectively alleviate the problems of manpower shortage and low cutting efficiency.

The overall line body consists of four parts, as follows:

NC Yaw Machine

1. It is suitable for the processing of products such as coil punching discs and special-shaped films, so as to replace high-intensity manual operations and improve production capacity and safety;

2. The feeding rod is hollow, the surface is hard chrome plated, and the surface is treated to 60” (HRC). It is light in weight and wear-resistant;

3. Touch screen + PLC + servo motor control mode, high precision, high speed, high efficiency;

4. The support adopts straight bearings, sliding with round rods, no noise, high wear resistance, light load, and rapid displacement;

5. The displacement is driven by a ball screw;

6. The feeding length and displacement can be directly input on the control panel to achieve the required feeding distance. The feeding and displacement adopt the linear interpolation method, and the feeding, displacement and deflection are carried out at the same time, which can shorten the feeding time;

7. This machine can be used as a direct NC feeder, as long as the offset is entered as zero.
